Join us for the MoNA Book Club, where we will discuss Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler!
First published in 1993, Butler’s Parable of the Sower, is a speculative fiction story that deals with the effects of climate change and social inequity in post-apocalyptic 2025 America. We will discuss this book and connections to the current exhibition’s themes of climate change, divinity, and power.
This discussion will be moderated by a MoNA Educator.
