Visit the Museum to explore 250+ artworks and art experiences featured in the Silent and Live Auctions. The full Silent Auction is open for online bidding starting at 10 am Saturday—anytime, anywhere. View the complete catalog in person or online and have your bids in by 5 pm on Sunday!
 

Saturday, June 7: Showtime!

4 pm Doors Open for you to enjoy a selection of fresh oysters, delectable locally-sourced appetizers, scrumptious and velvety desserts and live music.

5 - 7 pm In-Person Live Auction Program with auctioneer Ian Lindsay. Bidding will be in person or by proxy only as you are served decadent desserts right to your table.

Stay in the Action with Proxy Bidding! Can’t attend MoNA’s auction in person, or didn’t grab a ticket before they sold out? No paddle, No problem! Set your max bid in advance and our team will bid on your behalf during the live auction, giving you a chance to claim your favorite piece without being in the room.

Tickets go on sale May 24 and are non-transferable. You can purchase as many as you like to boost your chances. One lucky winner will select any available Live or Silent Auction piece—an unforgettable prize at an unbeatable price. The drawing takes place during MoNA’s in-person and online Live Auction on Saturday, June 7, from 5–7PM. You do not need to be present to win.

  • How it Works
    • All bidding for the Silent sections will be online. Get a head start and register as a bidder today; to register and bid is free! For the Live Auction, we're bringing back the excitement of live bidding, where the stars align for unforgettable moments! We are happy to accommodate anyone needing special assistance to attend or bid

    • Place bids on your favorite artworks! Select your bid amount as long as it is greater than or equal to the next minimum bid shown on the bidding screen, then click the "Bid" button.

    • After all bidding sections close on June 8 only registered, highest auction bidders will be charged for the bids they have placed on their chosen item(s). Charges will also include final "Buy it Now" item purchases and Fund-the-Future donations.

    • Each auction item will be designated to one purchaser only. Some auction items, such as experience packages, may include conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on services.

    •A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final purchase price of all auction items and experience packages to help MoNA cover production and marketing costs of the event. This premium does not apply to Fund-the-Future donations

    • Auction Experiences: dates for all trips and similar events must be mutually arranged by the Buyer with the donor, unless otherwise noted. All reservations should be made at least one month in advance. No refunds will be issued for canceled, lost, or unused tickets and/or accommodations.

    • If you're a winning bidder, you'll receive an email confirming that you've won at the close of the auction.

    Once a sale is final, buyers can pick up their work at MoNA, 121 South First Street, La Conner, WA 98257.

    (For security reasons, please bring some form of formal identification: Driver's License, Veteran ID Card, Passports are all eligible)


    Shipping

    All shipping of artwork is the buyer's responsibility, please make sure to include your mailing address when you register.

    Tax Deductibility

    The Museum of Northwest Art is a registered 501c3 not-for-profit organization (tax ID# 911181221). Purchases made at a benefit auction in the State of Washington are exempt from Washington State Sales Tax. If the amount you pay for an item exceeds the stated fair market value as listed in the auction catalog, the excess amount may be tax deductible as a charitable donation. Please consult with your tax advisor for further information. Fund-the-Future donations are 100% tax-deductible.
