Art in the Forest Walk with Friends of the Anacortes Community Forest Lands

Experience the majesty of your local forestlands in this slow hike and art-making adventure! 

With over 50 miles of trails and nearly 3000 acres to explore, the Anacortes Community Forest Lands have long been an inspiration to local artists and enthusiasts alike. Join Friends of the Forest and the Museum of Northwest Art to celebrate our relationship to the forests of the Northwest (and make some great forest art, too!) Dress in preparation for walking and sitting, and feel free to bring any field guides/art supplies that spark your imagination. We will provide some basic art supplies to get us started. 

Open to all! Rain or shine!

All ages and all experience levels are welcome.
